David Montes

Food & Beverage Manager

David was born surrounded by the food full of folklore in Mexico.

He grew up in New York experiencing all the multicultural food options and for the last two years he has the pleasure of enjoying the delicious gastronomy of Slovakia when he joined the Sheraton Bratislava Hotel Team.

Lucia Cígerová

F&B Outlets Manager

Lucia is responsible for the professional service in the restaurant, that will satisfy the requirements of the most demanding customers.

Having gained valuable experience in Spain and Rhodes, she started working for Sheraton Bratislava Hotel in 2010 as Commis de Rang and developed to the Senior Restaurant Supervisor. Lucia is always positive and ready to provide our guests unique experience of Brasserie Anjou.
